Pink Zinnia

Hello!  Welcome to the Pink Zinnia Tutorial series!

This flower was a true joy to draw from start to finish.

This was drawn on Rising Museum Mount Board using Prismacolor, Faber Castell Polychromos, and Caran d’Ache Luminance colored pencils. The pencil was blended with Utrecht NOOD, No Odor Paint Thinner.

I have listed this as a Beginner/Intermediate drawing tutorial. I think a beginner with a lot of patience could attempt this.  The challenges here will be the extreme number of petals- over 100, the number of different pencils/colors,  and the center will be tricky.  However, the actual petals are easy to draw and very forgiving if you make a mistake.  I would recommend watching the overview video and 1 or 2 of the modules before you jump in.

This tutorial series includes a link to my reference image, a line drawing/outline, a supplies list, a pencil list and 9 video-based lessons.

You will need to to be a member over on Patreon in order to access the modules.  What are you waiting for?

Have fun!
