How do I log in to my account?

How is this Membership Different from Patreon?

For 6 years, I hosted a membership on Patreon.  I closed that membership to new members on September 1, 2025.  Legacy members can remain on Patreon for as long as their membership is active.

The Kajabi platform is much more streamlined in the way it delivers my content.  You can see all of the tutorials in one place, making it much easier to navigate.

Note: Purchase of a membership on Kajabi does not give you access to the Patreon platform, and legacy Patreon members do not have access to the Kajabi platform.  You must log in to the platform you signed up for.

How do I update my billing information?

First, log in to your membership.  Next, click on your profile in the upper right-hand corner.  From the drop-down menu, click settings.  From here, you can update your billing information.

How do I upgrade to a new tier?

If you’d like to move to a higher membership tier- for example, from the Weekly Tier to the Beginner or Signature Tier, or from the Beginner Tier to the Signature Tier-  you can do so at any time.

To upgrade, simply join the new tier by completing the checkout for that membership. Once you do, your previous subscription will be automatically canceled, and you’ll begin your new membership right away.

Please note that Kajabi does not automatically prorate memberships. This means that if you upgrade before your current billing period ends, you may be charged for both memberships during that short overlap. To avoid this, you may wish to upgrade closer to the end of your current billing period.

You’ll receive immediate access to all content included in your new tier once your upgrade is complete.

How do I cancel my membership?

 I make it convenient for you to cancel and return at any time.  I don’t use any ‘closed door’ marketing tactics.

Log in to your membership and click on your profile in the upper right-hand corner.  From the drop-down menu, click settings.  From here, click on billing.  Finally, right-click on the 3 dots next to your active subscription and click cancel.

You’ll continue to have full access to your membership until the end of your current billing period. For example, if you joined on January 1 and cancel any time in January, your access will remain active through February 1.
