Beginner Red Rose
Hello! Welcome to the Beginner Red Rose Colored Pencil Tutorial series!
I created this series with beginners in mind. There are 4 different real-time sections, and I explain in detail what I am doing.
This was drawn on Derwent Lightfast Paper. This was my first time using this paper, and I found it to perform very similarly to a Hot Pressed Watercolor Paper, such as Arches.
I used Prismacolor and Faber-Castell Polychromos Colored Pencils. The pencil was blended with Utrecht NOOD, Odorless Paint Thinner.
This tutorial series includes a reference image, line drawing/outline, a supplies list, a pencil list, and 4 video-based lessons.
